It’s been a tough year to say the least, and in months of uncertainty there was at least one constant at A&S: Continuing to work through the face of ever changing hardships whilst extending a friendly hand to our A&S Capital friends and family. Lessons that have been taught to us:

Learning when to let go of things we don’t have control over.
Learning when to keep on moving forward despite obstacles.

More than anything, it’s been affirmation to continue using our values as our grounding pillars and our client relationships as our driving force.

A common denominator across the board, not just within the company but even across the nation, is that this timeframe has served as a vehicle for introspection and self-reflection. How to make positive change, and how to reshape ways of thinking. Whether it comes to business etiquette, telecommunications, or even community engagement it’s all the same process. And we’re grateful to say that trusting our process has paid off. In 2019 we went from 107 loans at $46,735,716.39  to 131 Loans at $78,385,167.29 for 2020, and the year isn’t even over. That’s a 23% increase in less than a year during an economic crisis.

In times where clients have come to us with difficult scenarios or tight deadlines we sit down together as a unit and look at the circumstance from every possible angle. Like a game of chess, we aim to have the foresight of seeing 7 steps ahead.
