Could there be any greater words of affirmation than those?
“There’s not just one way to see things—there are countless,” Agopian says. “It’s just a matter of moving forward, observing, learning, and surrounding ourselves with people we care about. And as we move forward, we cast a net of decisions. One good decision triggers a domino effect. Here at A&S we understand the value of good decisions. That’s why we care about understanding and sharing our clients ideals, passions, and objectives.”
2. Physical Touch
At A&S, our growth isn’t built by gaming some algorithm or jumping on the latest trend. Instead, we double down on the fundamentals: trustworthiness and human connections.
“Human connections means that we invest ourselves in relationships with all the links in the chain of a deal: clients, financial institutions, appraisers, lawyers, all the different general stakeholders,” A&S Co-Founder Jorge Silberstein says. “We let all of these different people know there are actual human beings behind the screen willing to listen and understand in order to always find, together, the best solution in the shortest time possible.”

Don’t talk about it, be about it.
So, yes, we could tell you our professional team is dedicated to making the loan process painless, transparent, and successful. (Spoiler alert, it is!)

4. Quality Time
When A&S Capital launched in 2017, the mission was simple: Create a finance company by real estate operators for real estate operators that would empower clients to reach their goals in the easiest, most efficient and effective way possible.
And how do you do that?
Quality time.
Understanding your borrowers and what they’re doing with each property and project, Agopian says, “makes a world of difference.”
Showing this kind of love ain’t exactly rocket science.
“Be real!” Agopian continues. “There’s no method, just talk to your clients, call them once in a while and ask how they’re doing. We wouldn’t do business with anyone we wouldn't sit and have dinner with.”
5. Receiving Gifts
In highly regulated sectors such as real estate and finance, it’s important to note that not all gifts are material or fiscal!
In our view, the best gift we can bestow upon our clients are bespoke solutions for various types of capital needs from our residential and multifamily bridge loans to our DSCR 30-year loan.
