After the loan is underwritten, the committee will make a final decision. If the loan is approved, a new email chain including closings@ascapital.us will be started.
Post-closing, you should send new draw requests to draws@ascapital.us. We require a draw schedule to be submitted with the loan package. All draws will be done on a reimbursement basis. Our team will share a Truepic link with you. You will take pictures/videos and send them back to us through Truepic. Our team will review and release the draw. A third party inspection will be ordered to confirm the released draw amount.
